Corporate History

1950

Founder Iwakichi Shimizu (First President) established the company as a compressor sales agency with a capital of ¥500,000 at 2-2-2 Ginza Higashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

1952

Commenced handling hydraulic equipment.

1958

Moved the headquarters to 2-2-2 Kaji-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

1960

Established the Hitachi branch office (now the North Kanto Sales Office) at 1-17-5 Wakabacho, Hitachi City.

1965

Established the Osaka branch office (now the Osaka Sales Office) at 2-1-17 Minamimorimachi, Kita-ku, Osaka.

1971

Integrated the engineering departments of each sales division, established the Technical Department, and became responsible for the design, manufacture, and construction of various plants and equipment, solidifying its position as a comprehensive engineering trading company.

1974

Established the International Department and solidified the sales system for imported equipment.

1980

Shuichiro Shimizu became the president.

1999

Constructed and relocated the headquarters office to 3-19-11 Ryogoku, Sumida-ku, Tokyo.

2003

Signed a distributor agreement for Burton Corblin in Japan for diaphragm compressors.

2011

Tadanori Shimizu became the president.

2013

Announced a focus on renewable energy and decarbonization as the most important market, strengthening system engineering and handling imported products in these fields.

2018

Signed a distributor agreement in Japan with Explosion Power for Shock Pulse Generator.

2024

Signed a distributor agreement in Japan with Enapter for AEM Electrolysers for Hydrogen Production equipment.
